Process for Your Personal Income Tax Returns

  1. On or about January 31, you will receive an email from the client portal/GHL. If you do not receive the email, please contact our office at (888) 571-8080.
  2. Click the “Let’s Get Started” button to begin the process.
  3. Provide your digital signature on the “Engagement Letter” document.
  4. Complete the “Questionnaire” document.
  5. Upload any documents relevant to your 2025 personal income tax returns.
  6. Click “Finish”. This step is very important because it notifies us that you have started the process. Contact us with any questions at any time via phone or by clicking this link: Email/GHL Support Link.
  7. We will review your documents and contact you if we need additional information.
  8. We will deliver your completed personal tax return(s) via email and a link from (GHL/Client Portal).
  9. You will review and approve your returns, sign the e-file authorization documents, and note any payment or refund details.

That’s it – DONE! Once you have completed the steps above, we will initiate the electronic filing of your returns.
